You never really get used to them, but you'll get more used to them than your current state.

Well, that's good to hear. As long as they stop cutting into my mouth, and stop annoying me when I eat, I should be fine. Brushing my teeth a lot actually makes me feel better and healthier, even though it's so time worthy. But like I said before, once school starts back up, that might all change. I'll probably become so annoyed with it - - - Edit: Oh, so NOW I've got an avatar. Geesh. I usually use Imgur to upload things, but that obviously didn't work. And just a moment ago I tried Photobucket, and walla~ I have an avatar.

Oh no, that doesn't go away. More like you get more used to the pain and you start to ignore the more annoying things. Also you stop to care much about taking care of them.

Maaaaan. I am going to rip them off my teeth then! I will probably get so frustrated with the flossing, so I may cut down on that. Right now I floss 2-3 times a day, and I'll most likely cut down to 1 time a day, which is normal. I actually counted how long it took to do each thing: - Brushing: 12 minutes - Flossing: 15 minutes - Mouthwash: 2 minutes That's 1 minute off from half an hour. Insane. And I do this 4-5 times a day. No way will I have time during the school week to devote 2 to 2 and a half hours of my day to care for my teeth. Hopefully by the time things start happening, I'll be more adjusted to my routine so it won't take as long, and I can leave out some parts. I just want them off already!! I like my teeth the way they are; they make me feel like me, you know? Because when I'm done with braces, and I have 'perfect' teeth, I won't even be able to comprehend that it's me anymore :C

Ooh, braces suck :/ If you can, use Anbesol for the mouth pain. You just rub it on your gums and it numbs it for a little bit. It's not the best method, but it helps. Wisdom: I'M ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!

Sammeth: I know. 2014 is turning out to be the worst year ever, and it's only still January. meh. Well, I got braces on New Year's Eve, and they keep cutting into my mouth, so there were suggestions that I should use numbing stuff to help with the pain. It's gotten better though, so I never had to use the numbing stuff yet, but. Glad to hear you're back, though

Popping in for my random posts every few months: Wisdom: As a student, you can have one bad week during the semester (or school year if you're that good). That week where procrastination finally catches up to you and when you are working you just say "Fuck it that'll do" and come up with something on a whim cause if you spend real time on it, you will go crazy! Plus, you feel super stressed with the deadlines and you mentally beat yourself up for going to the movies or spending too much time online. Now, if this bad week is turning into two or three, then maybe you need to readjust your working habits but in the end, we are all human and we make mistakes (especially young students). Just do what you can (even if you know it's not your best work)and move on from it. And please try not to make that bad week happen during finals, cause that really sucks In case you haven't guessed by now, I am going through such a week. With taking 5 classes at a campus 30 minutes away and working an average of 30 hours a week, I'm surprised it hasn't hit me until now. But,I feel much better now, especially after my cursing out session with my phone Love you guys! <3 EDIT: I just saw the post asking about my engagement story Well, me and my leprechaun ( ) went to this REALLY fancy country club to spend the night. Before arriving, he wasn't going to say where we were going to, but only suggested that I dress nice. After we drop off our bags, we head downstairs to have some dessert in the lounge (we had dinner at his house and it was about 9 PM). We walked a little on the grounds (me snapping photos like a proper American tourist) and went back up to our room. He asked if I liked the place and I said it was wonderful and gave me a hug. Mid-hug, I noticed that he let go, so I let go myself to see what was up and saw him with the ring box. Insta-tears right there. He proposed beautifully with me crying and smiling every second Now, I have a ring on my finger and a (hopefully) date to get married down in Florida on the beach with just our family there(we are keeping it simple). I just wanted to say that if it weren't for you guys, I would have never meet my fiance. Most of you were there when I started posting excitedly about meeting an Irish guy on Omegle. You were the ones who suggested talking to random people and through having fun with you guys, I met the love of my life So, I will never forget you guys and the greatest impact you made on my life. Thank you <3 <3 <3
