Ooh, Early Child Ed I'm so glad you found something that's working for you *smiley face* WISDOM: Ever had that feeling like all you can do in school without getting into trouble is just stare at the board and occasionally fill in the sentences your teacher leaves open in their lectures? Because that's pretty much all I can do right now. And homework. And online classes. AUGH. In the end, though, senior year is next year.

Sam: I feel ya, home dawg. I'm usually just doing exactly what you explained, every day, because I'm just like that I suppose It's kind of just a habit for me to act like that in school now, ever since 8th grade happened. Lucky you (in a way)! I still have two more dreadful years to go and then I'm out of high school. In a way, I'm not looking forward to it because all I've ever known to do is learn and do homework relating to what I'm learning. I don't even have my first job yet, and I don't think I will until after I've graduated, so I'm just scared. The real life outside education is frightening to me ._.

Hey guys. WISDOM: If you feel unnaturally dull emotionally, try a funny movie. Always works. WISDOM: (more like warning) Stay away from the Internet next week. It is not worth the flood of DW-related news about 50th anniversaries and possible Google doodles and such. INTERNET EXPLOSION ACCORDING TO THE DOOMSDAY CLOCK: Five minutes to midnight.

Wisdom: I urge you all to watch the Muse: Live at Rome DVD, if you have not already. IT IS SPECTACULAR. Beyond anything epic that I've ever seen before.
It brought back memories from the concert I went to, and it made me get tears in my eyes. It also made me see how much I loved them. It was bittersweet when I realized this because for the past year, basically, I've been avoiding them and not listening to their music. People in my school were finally beginning to recognize Muse, and wear band t-shirts for them. It got me so enraged because they are not worthy of listening to the greatness that is Muse. They started talking about them more often, where I'm just sitting there thinking "I've been a fan 3 years earlier than you have, and then people look at you in approval for liking Muse. They are in awe of how much you like Muse, and I don't get the same reaction for liking them longer? (not that I want it, but still.)"
So, yeah, I've just been angry and blocking out Muse because it just reminded me of how much I hate everyone in my school.
But watching the DVD made me feel the love I've had for Muse ever since I became obsessed with them, and could call myself a Muser.
Please, watch it and all of it's glory. <3

Well that's good! You'll love it. And I'm not sure how likely you are to cry at things, but I assure you, this DVD will make you have tears rolling down your face ... in a good way, of course~

Well I heard the CD rip (free instant download from ordering off Amazon) and wasn't very moved. But I did convince my family to get a Blu-Ray player and good TV speakers soon. Live at Rome will be the first use of it when it arrives. Should be exciting.

"Wasn't moved".. pssshh Just kiddin'~ That sounds awesome!! I played the DVD on my TV speaker, and just woah. It blew me away. (However, it did scare my dog a lot.) :c Tell me how good the quality is for Blu-Ray, too. My dad's been thinking of getting a Blu-Ray player soon.

Well regular DVD resolution is 720x480 pixels. Blu-ray is either 1080x720, or in most modern releases (probably Muse too), 1920x1080 pixels. Visual comparison

Well, it seems very intense. Woah. I'm sure it would make Muse's faces seem like I can physically touch them, and stroke their pores so... *ahem* I think I'll talk to my dad about it.

I wouldn't go that far If you somehow acquire a lot of money you could probably get a 4k projector and then things will really get lifelike. But Blu-Ray will at least have a quality jump. It's easy to find players under $100 these days so it's not too bad of an investment.

4k, yummy.
Still need to see this DVD. And Haley, I know the feeling. Someone'll compliment me on my shirt and how much they love the band and then proceed to say that they love 'the Twilight song' or 'the World War Z song'. Ugh. Props for recognizing Isolated System, though.
Maybe that's why I've been whoring up IAMX lately.

K: A 4k projector does seem awesome, but for some reason, I get a headache if things seem too real on TV. Maybe it's just the fact that I know it's all in a screen, and to have it look real, makes me frustrated? But Blu-Ray seems like the farthest I would go for quality. And it's not too expensive, so I'm sure my dad would be happy with that Sammeth: I just despise the feeling of when people I hate like the things I like. They won't ever love a band as much as I can, and to know that fact, gets me angry. I feel okay knowing there are other fans around the world that won't love them as much as me, but just because I know these people in person, it gets me even more angry about it. :c

Wisdom: Braces HURT.
I just got them put on New Year's Eve, and so far they've basically scratched a hole through my cheek and cut into my gums, and ruined my food life.
I know that is supposed to happen- it happens to everyone who gets braces. BUT I HATE THEM.
I need to have them on for a little less than 2 years, and for that I'm grateful, but come on!! This is torture! I don't think I'll ever get used to them.
Also, I'm losing time to do things that I want to do, and when school starts back up (Thursday. idiots won't close for snow storm. not going in.), I'll seriously be lacking in sleep. It takes me half an hour to clean my teeth PERFECTLY, the way they want my teeth to be cleaned.
It's just so stressful. AND THE STUPID WAX STUFF HARDLY STAYS ON.
But yeah, there's my wisdom/rant. *long sigh*

GUYS. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY AVATAR? IT DISAPPEARED. I CAN'T SEE IT.
I just tried to change it, and when I hit 'modify profile', the avatar didn't load. Now it's just an invisible space where an avatar should be.
I tried fixing it so many times already and it's not working.
heeeelp :C
