Other Bands II - When Muse just isn't enough

Sammeth: I haven't listened to any of the songs from LLF+Ds except for Up In The Air, so...

but I will have an opinion, eventually, once I buy the album. I'll look out for Depuis Le Début, though!

holy fucking shit i cannot believe they did that with convergence. i'm kind of fucking pissed. I know it's a joke, but i do not find it funny.

30STM.LLF+D Have you heard it yet?

So here are some of the songs that A Silent Film performed at their concert I went to:


this was the opening song which totally caught me by surprise. "Thirteen Times the Strength".


this was the song that my dad had jokingly requested, but Robert dedicated to us out loud. "Queen of A Sad Land". The video is a live performance, but it sounds much like the original. Also, it shows you sort of what I saw (even though at the show, it was much more energetic and Robert kept playing the guitar right in my f-ing face. hh)


This was the last song A Silent Film performed. "Danny, Dakota, and the Wishing Well".


this is a quick snippet of the last song played. You can see Robert doing his famous hand gesture that my sister just got a picture of.


this is a new song "A Gun in My Hand". The video has a little bit of when the band was talking, which then flows into the song. YOU CAN SEE MY FACE AND MY SISTER. OH MY GOSH. AND IT SHOWS HOW CLOSE WE WERE. AND APPARENTLY THIS PERSON WAS RIGHT BEHIND US. WHAT.

My sister is the one directly in front of Robert, I'm on the left of her and eventually turn my head to my sister at the end of the video, and the stupid "hot stuff" girl in which I described in my huge review is on the right of my sister. You can see her wave to the Texan guitarist who was watching the performance. What a freak, she is. Gosh.

THIS VIDEO IS SO FRICKEN AMAZING THOUGH. I AM SO EXCITED. THIS JUST GOT ME PUMPED. WATCH ITTTTTTTTT.


and this is a short clip of The Unlikely Candidate. I was closest to the lead guitarist. "Follow My Feet".

Also, I like that Sigur Rós song A LOT. Oh my gosh, it's just so beautiful *cries everywhere*
They remind me of Mew (they were even on the Mew radio on Last.fm) So I think one day I'll eventually get really into them. I'd already planned to a while ago, but other bands kept coming along and getting in the way.

I'll add their newest CD to my list of albums I want
