I believe the new album (The Unified Field) was released not too long ago. If not, it should be out soon.
FROM WHAT I GATHER:
~Green Day back on tour
~Still no news on new Panic! album.
~LLF+D is still sounding strange; predicted single = Northern Lights
~IAMX is still IAMX, with a bit more Europop thrown in for good measure.
~And Amok is awesome.
Did I miss anything?

Not sure. ._. BUT I FINALLY LISTENED TO THE NEW 30STM SONG  Honestly, the new sound doesn't bother me as I'm sure it would with a lot of fans. I really like the beat- it's quite different in a good way! And Jared's voice. Just wow. It was so nice to hear him experiment with new rasp-moments, as I like to call them  His voice never gets old- it's too great! So raw. I love it. The lyrics are interesting enough, as well. I need to look more thoroughly at them so I can get a more in depth understanding of them. As for my input on bands, I'm still hopelessly in love with Keane and A Silent Film. Though I do have some exciting news! : - The new MGMT album is coming out soon. - Mew is planning to release their new album soon, as well. - The Airborne Toxic Event are putting out their new album soon. I know The National are releasing an album which I'm excited for.
Arcade Fire still has a new album in the works.
Nine Inch Nails are slowly getting gigs. Waiting for the inevitable US tour to see them.
Radiohead are likely to release some new tracks this year, probably for Record Store Day.
Local band Zodiac Death Valley have a new album recorded.
I'm gonna have to keep an eye out for the Mew record too.

RADIOHEAAAAD Sammeth: Oh gosh I can see where you can mix the two songs, though :LOL: And yes. MGMT. They are coming to Lupos, which I had explained before, but the presale sold out and all of the other tickets. I hate my family because of that. and funny, almost.. My dad asked his fellow workers about MGMT, and they had said they were an awesome band and totally worth seeing. Then my dad told me about what they said and he seemed to have regretted not getting the tickets for me. So now, I will always hold a grudge. He and my sister should feel terrible. They're not only making myself miss out on a great concert, but they are also going to be missing out. |

She is I'm so proud of her :3 So, even though I should be listening to Muse a lot, considering I am seeing them in 2 weeks, I have been on Last.fm and listening to other bands that I have heard of, but never really paid any mind to. These bands are: -Kaiser Chiefs -Franz Ferdinand -The Killers just why? but anyways, here are a couple songs, if you haven't already heard them, in which I am enjoying by them.. (try not to mind the bad quality of this video.) |
