Seems like you've had exciting times!
Hope you enjoy Muse. Who knows what special stuff they'll pull off for Australia. Have you kept up with the recent setlists?

To be honest I haven't kept up with the recent setlists, but my friend has informed me that they're only playing New Born OR PiB and that upsets me deeply. I'm so excited and I'm gonna drag my fabulous ex along with me like 4 hours early so we can get a barrier spot. Also gonna assualt him for a cuddle. Mhmm.

Hardly. The rotation is more New Born or Stockholm Syndrome. But in the past year they've brought back Hyper Music, Dead Star, Agitated, Fury, NSC, (all of these at least once) and played this gig in Japan. musewiki.org/Tokyo_Zepp_2013_%28gig%29

So I dragged my friend along and we got there at 2:30. There was already a line, but we got on the end and sat down to wait it out. I did a shop run and we had lamingtons and gummy bears for lunch. Musers are so nice. We made shit tons of friends and we all signed an Aussie flag. Then after like 3.5 hours, they let us in, and we had to wait like another hour to be let in to the actual arena.
So guess who got on the barrier? ME LMAO
Now my neck hurts, my head hurts, I've lost my voice and my ribs are fucked, but it was one of the best gigs I have ever been to. My friend shook Matt's hand when he ran around for Undisclosed, and I', probably carrying quadruplets because I was literally five metres away from Chris and holy shit that man looks good in tight jeans
what
Here's the setlist that we got.
The 2nd Law: Isolated System Supremacy Supermassive Black Hole Panic Station Resistance Interlude Hysteria (AC/DC's Back in Black outro) Knights of Cydonia (Ennio Morricone's Man with a Harmonica intro) Monty Jam Sunburn Citizen Erased (Guitar malfunction in middle of the song) Follow Me Undisclosed Desires Animals Madness Time Is Running Out Plug In Baby Unnatural Selection (Rage Against the Machine's Freedom outro) The 2nd Law: Unsustainable Uprising Encore: Hyper Music Starlight Survival
I'm still what-the-fucking about it. Aahhhh

Sorry to change the subject, but would any of you be willing to help me out with one question that I have in History? :C
On a worksheet I have, it asks: Why was Washington so surprised that the uprising came from Pennsylvanian farmers?
This is about the Whiskey Rebellion, where people were taxed to MAKE whiskey. This was Pennsylvania's main cash crop at the time. They were angry because they had already paid back most of their debt from the Revolutionary War, and now because of this tax, they couldn't even live a prosperous life. The Northern states, who owed most of the debt, were not affected by the tax so much. This is why they rebelled.
But why was Washington so surprised then? >.<
I have a quote here from a document I had to read, and I'm pretty sure it has the answer somewhere between the confusing words. Does anyone know what this means?:
"Such conduct in any of the Citizens of the United States, under any circumstances that can well be conceived, would be exceedingly reprehensible; but when it comes from a part of the Community for whose protection the money arising from the Tax was principally designed, it is truly unaccountable, and the spirit of it much to be regretted."
Is there such thing as a protection tax of some sort? Is that what the tax on whiskey was, even though it was supposedly an excise tax? .. and I'm not even completely sure what an excise tax is? Is that a tax to make things?
So many questions within one big question, but what I'm learning in history is pretty darn confusing.
Can someone help me, here? v.v

It sounds more like he's saying that the tax money was going back to them (as all taxes do, in services and stuff) and it seems whatever programs were being funded was designed mainly for that group. So to have the people uprise against what is supposed to be their intended benefit surprises him.

K: That makes complete sense. THANK YOU. What a revelation But really, that makes so much sense. It seems like such a simple and easy-to-see answer, and yet I couldn't even think closely to that. >.< Ah, whatever. Thank you for showing me the light that is this answer!!

K: ALSO. I kind of need your help again... but this has to do with Muse I have a Spanish project in which I need to sing a song with my friend to teach a certain lesson, and she and I are using Sing for Absolution as background music. I tried to look up an instrumental on Youtube, but I couldn't find a good one. Do you have any recommendations? :C (we can't change the song either, because we've written lyrics for most of it, and we're running out of time to finish this.)

K: THANK YOU, MAAAAAN.
Really, you are a life saver. You've helped me so many times, and I am very grateful (and sorry if it seems like I'm not sometimes.)
It's hard to communicate my feelings across the internet, like every other computer-user really, but I appreciate your help a lot, and I thought you should know that.
This goes for everyone else on here, as well. Just the littlest bit of help means so much to me. So thanks guys! *huggles*
