Hm.. is it one (or two) of Jared's guitars? Maybe one of Matt's? :0 (I'm a lame guesser)  but I'm sure I'm on the right track...  Remind you of Radiohead, you say..? Ooooh, I like the way it looks so far The shaping you've done is very nice! Oh wow.. it does sound like Radiohead for most of the entire song. The singer's voice sounds like Thom at some parts, but then you are able to directly decipher the difference between them towards the middle/end of the song. I actually really enjoyed that song Calming.. Don't I just look fabulous? But really, did you think that in the picture when my little group was with Robert (the lead singer), that he and I looked like a perfect couple? I even edited that photo just making it with him and me, and it looks so amazing. :LOL: |

Thank you. At this point it looks a bit messy but that's until I can get a foam-core sanding block. Go figure.
At the chorus it's really easy to separate the two, but until then, it sounds a bit like something off of The Eraser.
I did think so. So perfect :LOL:

Dang sanding block :C If I were making the foam guitar, I'd just be reckless and not smooth out anything Exactly. Are there any other songs that sound like Radiohead/The Eraser? Or is it just that one song? I mean, with a voice like that, I'm sure there are more songs similar. But that doesn't bother me.. You would have one hell of a cleanup job then as far as finish goes, unless you just cut it with a hot wire. So far, some of them. They only have one album. New mate or existing? |

Speaking of, I totally screwed up. Don't ask how, but when I was sending a song title to Victoria, I typed this:
The Story - 29 Seconds to Mars
And now she's holding it over my head. That's her new name for them. :LOL:
Anyways, I haven't listened to enough to form a conclusive opinion, but they sound like a great live band.

It's actually rather easy to make that mistake, since the 3 is next to the 2 and the 9 is next to the 0.

Sammeth: I now have 26. I've been listening to Phoenix a bit more considering it's official that I am seeing them in October (seating: section next to the stage;left side if staring at stage/right side if on stage; 6 rows back). And my new mate is the lovely singer, Thomas Mars. He's so French sdfghjk,. But yes, it is possible that I could get 30 mates by the end of summer. 29 Seconds to Mars? :LOL: I guess, with your explanation, I can see how that could have happened |
