Haley  And neither your dad or your sister think this really happened? Tell them. Don't accept that it was your imagination. Getting them to look out for you right now is the most important thing. Try your damndest to get them to realize: Hey, this was real and she might actually need to go to the doctor...etc etc. Also: if you can't sleep (which is highly probable after that incident), stay on here and I'll talk to you. I can't offer much more advice orther than keep calm and get them to see sense in case it should happen again. It's the most helpful thing you can do right now.

Haley? Also wanna say: try to take it easy as far as music goes. You need the alertness in this case and music, sorry to say, won't help much :/

Thanks, Sammeth *huggles*
I'm just going to drink lots of water tonight because I think that will help lower my blood pressure. I'm also deep-breathing, which lowers blood pressure, as well.
I'm going to leave my dad a note so that while he's at work, he can buy me some fruits and vegetables, and also make a doctor's appointment, which he probably will just so I can stop freaking out. I know deep inside my sister and dad care about me and what has happened to me, but they might not want to accept it. They think I am over-reacting, which I may be, but I think being melodramatic is better than not caring at all. I keep telling them it's better to be safe than sorry, and the way that they care about their health, is the sorry side.
I think I might try to fall asleep because ever since I suddenly began experiencing a lot of the TIA symptoms, I grew heavily tired. I may not sleep very well, but I think that if I do stay up, it won't help my brain much.
I might stay up for another half hour or so. Gonna chill and listen to some music. I actually have a new band that I wanted to introduce on the Other Music thread, but I never had the time. So, I might as well do that just for the heck of it.

Ooh, which band? Also: *huggles* Water def. helps. Water helps all :yesey: and as far as your dad/sister, I'm glad they do care about you (can't exactly say the equivalent of my immediate family however :indiff:), just make sure your dad gets you that appointment, and quick. We don't know if this was just a one-time thig or not and...yeah. If it makes you feel any better listen to some Queen. The cheese chases all away
Two out of eight members are currently ailing (*includes AJ*). Now what? :/

Yeah, it said on the website (which I am not fully trusting for obvious reasons) that TIA symptoms can go away, which they had for about an hour, but they almost always come back, which some of them have. My brain is still dying from pain and I'm still tired and weak, as I already said in that long post. So yeah: relying on water. Also, the new band is called A Silent Film. You may look them up on Wikipedia, it tells a lot about their music. They sound like a mixture of every single favorite band I have. It's really amazing! I'll post my favorite songs of theirs at the moment, on the Other Bands thread.

I found out the true reason why mom didn't take me.
So we went to IKEA for no real reason today. She's: A. Really selective about what she has fun with B. Isn't much for crowds OR people in general C. Is just hypocritical in general. She complains about how she wants to go somewhere but says she has nobody to go with and that she's not much for people. Honestly, just because she's not much for people anymore doesn't mean she has to keep me from having a life as well. Talk about insecure, she can't even go to Walmart without thinking that people are thinking shit about her. Honestly. She's turning me into her at the rate my life's headed

She kind of sounds like my sister to some extent.. huh. But yeah, it's not right that she's keeping you from living your life. You're a teenager now and then once you're off as an adult and have a job, most of the time there's barely any leisure time. It's a shame that she's treating you this way, Sammeth, and again, I wish I could do something to help As for today and my mini-stroke problem.. I feel quite a bit better. I woke up with the same headache as yesterday- basically a migraine. Overall, I'm still very weak and tired at all times. While my dad was out at work and buying me loads of fruits, vegetables, etc. I made for the Wii Fit Plus. I exercised for about an hour. I basically haven't sat down all day except for just now because I was doing a lot of other stuff too. I'm worn out. In total, I drank about 2 and a half bottles of water, and 1 cup of orange juice. I ate a blueberry muffin, a banana, 2 celery sticks, cup of peanuts, bowl of carrots, granola bar, and a couple of crackers. Healthy, I know. It's torture because I've been starving all day. Nothing is filling me!! I want to eat everything and I can't For dinner I'm going to have some chicken on salad- another meal that's healthy. Luckily I will limit myself to some Italian bread that hopefully will satisfy my overwhelming hunger. Sigh. I think the main problem to my high cholesterol and high blood pressure was the cream cheese. Fricken 23% saturated fat in only 2tbsp. What the crud. I eat about two bagels a day with cream cheese. It killed me. Now I think I can only eat one bagel with cream cheese once a week.

*huggles* I'm not sure if he scheduled anything yet, actually. I think I asked, and he replied, but I don't remember his answer...... Which is strange. I guess I'll ask again
