Hey guys! I haven't posted much recently, but today I have an embarrassing story to tell! Yay.
So, my sister and me were walking home from the bus stop when our friend, Michelle, drives up on the side of us. It's very rare to see her driving- she doesn't have her own car. So we were all excited to get riding! Michelle said she had to go to the grocery store to buy a couple of things.
Here's where the embarrassing part happens..
We enter the store, walking all the way down to where the bread aisle might have been, and we can't find the bread. So, we turn around and walk back a little. And the aisles are near the cash registers.
I hear this guy cashier ask, "Hey, how are you?"
and I turn to him and say, "Hello", and wave with a smile on my face. Casually being nice and all.
Then Michelle, my sister, and me turn into the bread aisle, a bit away from him, and that's when it hit me.
He was asking HIS CUSTOMER.
NOT. ME.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? WHY WOULD I JUST ASSUME HE WAS TALKING TO ME? GOSH. I FEEL SO STUPID. NO WONDER HE STARED AT ME KIND OF STUNNED, AFTERWARDS.
The memory will not stop replaying in my head. I hate it.
